EmailAlias is a product of LLMView IT Services. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for your subscription. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview

EmailAlias is a subscription-based email privacy service. We offer a Free plan at no cost and a Premium plan at $4 per month (or equivalent annual pricing). This policy applies to all paid subscriptions.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable. You may use or discontinue the Free plan at any time without financial obligation.

3. Premium Plan Refunds

We offer the following refund options for Premium plan subscribers:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time Premium subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period and cannot be used for subsequent renewals or re-subscriptions.

Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

After the Guarantee Period

After the applicable guarantee period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual), payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email us at support@emailalias.io with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to deny any refund and suspend your account.
  • Fraud or abuse: Accounts that have been flagged for fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Service, or abuse of our refund policy are not eligible for refunds.
  • Repeat refund requests: The 7-day money-back guarantee is a one-time benefit. Subsequent subscriptions after a previous refund are not eligible for the guarantee.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

It is important to understand the difference between cancellation and a refund:

  • Cancellation stops future billing. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Refund returns a payment already made. Refund eligibility depends on the terms outlined above. Receiving a refund will immediately revoke Premium access.
